		<description>No black toe nails for me. But was just talking about this the other day with running friend who was constantly losing one of her toenails. She said on the advice of a running store in Atlanta area she when up half shoe size and magic ~ no more toe troubles. Of course, this completely must depend on the shoe. Surely feet rub and bump different ways in different shoes.</description>
